CRS – Certified Residential Specialist. A CRS is the residential real estate industry’s most advanced “degree.” CRS is the PhD of real estate. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. e-Pro Internet Professional. Assures that your realtor is up on technology and is able to provide you with the added leverage of the internet.

CSP - Certified New Home Sales Specialist - certified in new home sales, professionally marketing in the home building industry. 

SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist- Trained to council clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transition such as relocation, refinancing and selling the family home. SRES website 

CLHMS- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist- The institute of Luxury Home marketing course in Washington D.C. Certification means she completed the course and has documented performance in the top 10% of the market.
